I am now desperately curious to know what Alan was saying "Leave that in!" about.

EDIT: Here's a couple of interviews with Alan Rickman from the ultimate edition of SS: Snape's character. and... Aww, he took the role for his nieces and nephews!!!! CUUUUUUTE!!!

I love watching all the bloopers and outakes of the movies! The cast always looks like they're having such a good time! It makes me wish I could have been a part of it; even just a random student in the hall scenes would have been totally awesome!

Jason Isaacs considered not returning for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows before the book was released, as he was worried that the senior Malfoy would have very little screen time due to the character's imprisonment in the previous story.
